  • 会员7859：房间算宽敞，可以开窗透气很不错，不靠马路这一侧也安静，就是远处有工地的声音。冰箱不能用很意外，酒店的答复是不知道为什么还没撤走，电视飞利浦的，非高清。可以免费停车很不错，不过下B2还是有点惊心动魄，大柱子离得有点近。目前早餐在福朋喜来登，我定的不含早餐的，细节就不知道了。
  • 会员4415：没有礼宾部，很累的时候别指望有帮你搬行李等服务。借个剪刀，让下楼取并且用完让马上送下去，因为下面就一把剪刀。理解前台员工的非主观的要求。剪刀不是用完就不用了，而且旅途劳顿很晚到达搬行李取剪刀真是不想再送下去。饿了么为了凑个起送价买了四个剪刀送给酒店，显得像我有情绪故意的似的，其实只是针对我的需要客观应对。感谢酒店还能马上提供下剪刀让去前台取。
  • 会员7343：晚上太热，早上太冷。跟客房服务要被子，被告知得看下仓库才能定，可能没有，建议我早上起来再调下空调温度。嗯，被冻醒后调下温度，呵呵。拿了五个被套当被子吧。前些天续订晚了，被告知没有房，临时去瑜舍住了两天，附近能带宠物的酒店再就瑜舍了。被子和房间如果能多少预留点，就人性化了嘛。还是很感谢能提供携带宠物入住的服务。也理解酒店客观就这条件了。
